Silver Palate's Devilish Chicken

This recipe was conjured up in the minds of a few fantastic employees at Silver Palate.  Please enjoy!

Silver Palate Devilish Chicken


3 Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 Jar of Silver Palate Fra Diavolo Pasta Sauce
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Box NEW Grain Berry Penne Pasta

1.     Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cut chicken breast horizontaly so it makes 2 thin flat chicken breasts.
2.     Rub chicken breast with olive oil and garlic.
3.     Lay chicken breast in casserole dish. Pour Silver Palate Fra Diavolo Pasta Sauce over chicken.
4.     Bake or 20 minutes. sprinkle cheese over chicken and bake for an additional 10 or so minutes.
5.     Serve with prepared Grain Berry Penne pasta, and enjoy!
