Serves 4
This combination of savory and sweet, combine to create an amazing tasty full of anti-oxidant treat.
Ingredients
2 cups Grain Berry Toasted Oats
4 cups low sodium popped popcorn
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup chocolate covered raisins
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Microwave the caramel sauce until it is pourable. Drizzle
over all of the ingredients. Mix with a spatula. Bake at 350F for 10-15min
until caramel is bubbly.
Remove and stir.
As is cools large clumps will form making delicious bites of
treats.

Nancy Diana is originally from Rome, Italy. She immigrated to Toronto, Ontario almost 55
years ago. She is a homemaker and has 5
children and 5 grandchildren.
Nancy loves to cook! She has taught her children and
grandchildren the basics of cooking.
Her granddaughter was a huge influence and taught her to
experiment and showed her new ingredients, that she would normally not be
familiar with.
Her daughter and granddaughter help her to experiment with Silver Palate and Grain Berry products, which they purchase when they travel to the U.S.

Nancy eats and cooks a Mediterranean diet, and is always happy to cook and feed her 2 grandsons. They are always looking for snacks and are always hungry! Her grandson always asks her to make “epic” recipes.

Oatmeal, as she needs to keep her sugar levels down as a diabetic.
