Who's behind the apron?

Nancy Diana is originally from Rome, Italy.  She immigrated to Toronto, Ontario almost 55 years ago.  She is a homemaker and has 5 children and 5 grandchildren.

Nancy loves to cook! She has taught her children and grandchildren the basics of cooking.

Her granddaughter was a huge influence and taught her to experiment and showed her new ingredients, that she would normally not be familiar with.
Her daughter and granddaughter help her to experiment with Silver Palate and Grain Berry products, which they purchase when they travel to the U.S.

Nancy eats and cooks a Mediterranean diet, and is always happy to cook and feed her 2 grandsons.  They are always looking for snacks and are always hungry! Her grandson always asks her to make “epic” recipes.

She enjoys eating the Silver Palate Thick & Rough Cut Oatmeal, as she needs to keep her sugar levels down as a diabetic.
